Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith has extensive experience in membership management and marketing across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Membership and Ticketing at Victoria Racing Club since July 2022, Ryan previously held significant roles at the Australian Football League from February 2017 to July 2022, including Premium Membership Manager and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Membership Development Advisor at Financial Ombudsman Service Australia, focusing on dispute resolution services, and as Membership Marketing and Partnerships coordinator at Diabetes Australia – Victoria, where Ryan contributed to organizational marketing and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, Ryan has worked as a Membership Marketing Coordinator at Engineers Australia and was involved with the Camp America program in Australia. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia and a degree in Sport and Recreation Management from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
