Irina Iurasco

Irina Iurasco has a strong background in corporate governance and general affairs, with experience in various banking institutions.

Irina started their career at ProCredit Bank in 2010 as an Office Manager, where they were responsible for managing office operations. Irina then moved on to become an Internal Communication Specialist in the Legal Department, ensuring effective communication within the organization.

In 2019, Irina joined EXIMBANK Bank of Intesa Sanpaolo as the Acting Head of the General Secretary Office/General Affairs Office. Irina later became the Head of the General Secretariat Office, overseeing general affairs and secretarial functions.

Irina's most recent position is with Victoriabank, where they serve as the Head of the Corporate Governance Department. In this role, they provide strategic advice and operational support to the board and executive team, ensuring the highest standards of governance are maintained. Irina also manages the activity of various sections related to corporate governance.

Throughout their career, Irina has consistently demonstrated their expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general affairs.

Irina Iurasco's education history begins in 2006 when they attended the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova for their first cycle License degree in General Economics and Law. Irina completed this degree in 2009.

Afterward, Irina pursued further education at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, earning a Second cycle Master Degree in Business and Business Administration. Irina attended this program from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Irina has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed Training and Language courses at ProCredit Regional Academy Eastern Europe. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Communication techniques and their use in banking activity from the same institution.

In 2020, Irina received a certification in Leadership and managerial success from the Romanian Banking Institute (RBI). Irina followed this with a certification in Emotional Intelligence from the same institution in 2021. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Compliance - Fundamentals from the House of Training, as well as a certification in Corporate Governance from the RBI.

Most recently, in 2023, Irina obtained a certification in Evaluarea adecvării membrilor organului de conducere și a persoanelor care dețin funcții cheie from the Romanian Banking Institute (RBI).
