Levon Khanikyan

Levon Khanikyan, CFA has a diverse range of work experience in the banking industry. Levon is currently serving as the CEO of Victoriabank. Prior to this role, they were a Management Board Member Risk/CRO at Idea::Bank Romania from 2015 to 2022. Levon also held the position of Deputy CEO/CRO at Idea Bank Belarus in 2014. Levon also briefly worked at ProCredit Bank Ukraine/IPC GmbH as a Service Quality Manager in 2004. Before that, they served as a Research Consultant at Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Cupie. Levon began their career as an intern at KfW Development Bank in 2003. Levon also worked at Armenian Import Export Bank as an Assistant to the General Manager, and at the Association of Banks of Armenia as a Research Team Leader.

Levon Khanikyan, CFA has a diverse education history. Levon first attended the Yerevan State Institute of Economics from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Diploma in Banking, Finance, and Accounting. Later, in 2002 to 2004, they pursued an MBA in International Management at Hochschule Pforzheim. Levon then continued their education at the CFA Institute from 2006 to 2012, where they focused on the CFA Institute curriculum. Furthermore, in 2011, they obtained a DipIFR (Rus) from ACCA. Lastly, they completed another MBA in International Management at Hochschule Pforzheim, although the specific timeline for this degree is not provided.
