Natalia Saghin

Natalia Saghin has extensive experience in the banking industry. Natalia currently holds the position of Head of Retail Product Direction at Victoriabank since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mobiasbanca - OTP Group S.A. where they held the roles of Head of Product for Individuals Section from June 2021 to January 2022, and Product Manager from January 2018 to June 2021. Before that, Natalia worked as a Senior Consultant financiar&creditare at ProConsulting SRL from February 2013 to January 2018. Natalia began their career at ProCredit Bank Moldova as a Senior Business Client Advisor from July 2008 to September 2013.

Natalia Saghin pursued their education starting in 2004 at the State University of Moldova, where they completed a Licentiate degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law in 2008. Following that, they enrolled at the Academia de Stiinte Economice din Moldova and obtained a Master's degree in Audit between 2013 and 2014.
