Olesea Asargi

Olesea Asargi has a diverse range of work experience in the banking and financial sector. Olesea has worked as a Corporate Relationship Director in the Corporate Banking department at Victoriabank since December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Corporate Banking Credit Manager at B.C. Moldova-Agroindbank S.A. for five years from June 2016 to December 2021.

Before joining Moldova-Agroindbank, Olesea worked at B.C. "Mobiasbanca - Groupe Societe Generale" S.A., where they held various roles. Olesea served as a Commercial Animation Manager in the Small and medium-sized enterprises department of Network Distribution, Retail Banking from October 2012 to June 2016. Olesea also worked as a Financial Analyst for Small and medium-sized enterprises from January 2011 to October 2012, and as an Analyst for Individual entrepreneurs and small businesses from June 2010 to January 2011.

Olesea's earlier experience includes working as a Financial Management Consultant at "ARIA" S.A. – Center for Productivity and Competitiveness from Moldova from April 2009 to December 2009.

Olesea Asargi holds a Master's Degree in Economic Science with a focus in Banking Administration, which they completed at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova from 2008 to 2010. Prior to earning their Master's Degree, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Economics with a specialization in Finances and Banking from the same institution, which they completed between 2005 and 2008. Additionally, Olesea has obtained several certifications, including "Financial analysis of the financial statements" from the Association of Professional Accountants and Auditors of the Republic of Moldova in May 2018, "SME Risk Assessment and Lending Decision" from the Romanian Banking Institute (RBI) in March 2018, and the "International Certificate 'Certified SME Finance Expert'" from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in April 2015.
