Stela Fabian

Stela Fabian currently serves as the Manager of Trade Finance and Factoring at Victoriabank since January 2023. Prior to this role, Stela held the position of Manager Factoring at OTP Bank from April 2021 to January 2023 and served as a Relationship Manager with IFI at Mobiasbanca - OTP Group S.A. from April 2019 to April 2021. Stela began their career at Victoriabank in November 2005 as a Remittances Specialist, remaining with the company until April 2019. Stela holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova, obtained between 1998 and 2004.
