Amy Bell is an experienced leader in workplace relations and safety, currently serving as General Manager at the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry since June 2019. With a strong background in employee relations from ANZ and previous roles at the Victorian Chamber, including Principal Workplace Relations and Senior WPR Consultant, Amy has developed expertise in mentoring, coaching teams, and providing strategic advice to businesses. Prior to joining the Victorian Chamber, Amy worked as a lawyer at Cridlands MB Lawyers and Brethertons Solicitors LLP, specializing in employment law and dispute resolution. Amy's educational qualifications include training from Charles Darwin University, The College of Law Australia, and a LPC from the University of Oxford.
