Melanie Pollick

Melanie Pollick is an experienced professional with a diverse background in insurance, finance, and human resources. As the owner of The Pollick Agency, an Allstate Insurance agency since August 2014, Melanie manages all aspects of the independent agency. Concurrently, Melanie serves as a mortgage lender at Victorian Finance, LLC since October 2018. Additionally, Melanie contributes to the Pittsburgh Penguins as a part-time airship crew member, ensuring safety during game intermissions. Prior experience includes a significant role in human resources at McDanel Advanced Ceramic Technologies from February 2007 to August 2015, where responsibilities encompassed labor relations, employee benefits, and safety programs. Melanie began a career in finance as a mortgage loan officer at Fidelity Mortgage from January 2003 to March 2006. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
