Niki Taxidis

Niki Taxidis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality and system improvement within the forensic and healthcare sectors. As the Lead Quality & System Improvement Officer at the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine since July 2015, Niki has contributed to enhancing service delivery. Prior to this role, Niki served as the Quality & Business Improvement Lead for the Victoria Police Force from March 2011 to July 2015, focusing on a Service Delivery Enhancement Program. Niki's career began in healthcare, managing forensic roles and serving as a Medical Scientist and Laboratory Manager in Pathology at Queensland Health from 1995 to 2011. Niki holds a Bachelor of Medical Science degree from the University of Canberra, earned between 1992 and 1995.
