Sera Blair has extensive experience in environmental conservation and sustainability, currently serving as the NatureWatch Coordinator for the Victorian National Parks Association since July 2018. Sera is the Director and Lead Consultant at Our Common Ground Pty Ltd, focusing on environmental strategy development for various clients. Additional roles include Research Assistant at Deakin University, where involvement in a youth health study took place, and Founder and Past President of Friends of Leadbeater's Possum Inc. Prior experience encompasses positions such as Sustainability & Marketing Consultant at Green Marketing Concepts Pty Ltd, Owner of Mainstream Green, and Science Program Manager at Earthwatch Institute Australia. Sera's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Threatened Species Conservation from Deakin University and a Master of Arts in Primatology from the University of Calgary, among other relevant degrees.
