Christine Rupp has a diverse and extensive work experience. Christine started their career in 1995 at Sears, Roebuck and Company, where they worked as a Divisional Merchandise Manager, Planning Director, and Buyer for Hardlines and Home Fashions. In 2005, they joined Amazon, where they held several roles including Vice President of Amazon Prime, Vice President of Global Fulfillment by Amazon Business and Technology, and Category Manager for Electronics. At Amazon, they were responsible for launching Prime Day and expanding the business to serve small businesses worldwide. In 2016, Christine joined Microsoft as the GM of XBOX and Microsoft Store, a role they held until 2019. Christine then joined Albertsons Companies as the EVP/ Chief Customer and Digital Officer until 2022 before moving to Victoria's Secret as the Chief Customer Officer. Currently, they are also a Board Member at Canadian Tire Corporation.
Christine Rupp obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 1986 to 1990. Christine then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance at Roosevelt University from 1997 to 2001.
