Danielle Lafountain-Adkins

Danielle LaFountain-Adkins has an extensive work experience primarily in the retail industry. Danielle started their career as an Assistant Merchant at The Limited in 2005, where they gained valuable experience in merchandising. Danielle then moved on to Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where they worked as a Merchant from 2007 to 2010. During their time at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., Danielle demonstrated strong leadership skills by managing a team and successfully driving business growth. Danielle also developed new businesses, maintained strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and utilized focus group information to stay updated on customer desires and fashion trends.

In 2010, Danielle joined Victoria's Secret as a Merchant and later transitioned into the role of Senior Merchant from 2013 to 2017. Danielle then became the Director of Merchandising (Omni) for Victoria's Secret Pink in 2017, where they continued to excel in their career. Currently, Danielle holds the position of Associate Vice President of Merchandising (Omni) at Victoria's Secret Pink, a role they have held since 2022.
