Emily Rompala has a diverse work experience spanning over various companies. Emily started their career at Deloitte as a Consultant for four years. Emily then worked at Target as a Senior Financial Analyst for three years, where they collaborated with the Vice President of Finance on developing sales and gross margin plans.
After that, Emily joined Henri Bendel as a Merchandise Planning Manager, where they established the merchandise planning department and improved product margins. Following their time at Henri Bendel, they worked at ANN INC., the parent company of Ann Taylor, LOFT & Lou & Grey. Emily began as a Director of Merchandise Planning and Allocation and later became the Vice President, collaborating with the SVP/GMM and VP of Stores on various business initiatives.
Currently, Emily is working at Victoria's Secret as the Senior Vice President of Merchandise Planning and Allocation. Emily is a member of the Victoria's Secret Beauty Executive Committee and is responsible for setting business objectives, developing multi-year plans, and enhancing the customer experience. Emily communicates progress and performance to key executives.
Emily Rompala earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Carleton College in 1997. Emily then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance, General at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2001 to 2003.
