Heidi Popadych

Heidi Popadych has a strong background in strategic planning and allocation in the retail industry. Heidi currently holds the position of Vice President MP&A - Demand and Deployment at Victoria's Secret since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as Vice President MP&A, Inventory Deployment at La Senza from April 2016 to February 2020, and as AVP MP&A, Inventory Deployment from September 2014 to March 2016. From September 2008 to September 2014, Heidi worked at The Limited as Sr. Director Strategic Planning and Allocation. Heidi also served as Director of Research and Planning at Limited Brands from February 2007 to February 2008. Heidi's career began at Express (Limited Brands) as the Director of Store Planning and Allocation, where they worked from 1997 to 2004.

Heidi Popadych holds a BSBA degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
