Ken Shelton

Ken Shelton has a diverse work experience in the textile and retail industry. Ken started their career at Nike as a Product Developer before moving on to Carter's as a Fabric Manager. Ken then joined W.L. Gore & Associates as a Textile R&D Leader. After that, they worked at Target as a Fabric Sourcing Manager and later at JCPenney as a Fabric Sourcing Director and Sr. Director of Global Raw Materials and Color. Ken also gained experience at Mast Global as an Associate Vice President and at La Senza as an Associate Vice President. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at Victoria's Secret.

Ken Shelton earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Textile Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995.
