Andreas Tsironis is the Customer Success Manager at Victorious. Andreas has over three years of experience in customer success and has been with Victorious since June 2021.

Previously, Andreas was the Customer Success Manager at RedShelf from December 2018 to June 2021. In this role, they promoted to manage over 35 campus partners through implementations, trainings, communication plans and scaling customer growth, while also bringing in over $3,000,000 in revenue. Andreas also created and implemented novel solutions for clients such as communication guides and video walkthroughs to improve workflows and the Redshelf customer experience. Andreas achieved a perfect customer satisfaction score and 96% retention rate, exceeding expectations for the company's customer success metrics.

At Victorious, Andreas is responsible for facilitating virtual training and informational calls, SaaS platform demonstrations, and networking events with both customers and partner companies to ensure customer engagement. Andreas also effectively communicates customer feedback to Product Managers to create new tools and features for our clients. Additionally, Andreas manages a team of Account Managers, supervising their daily tasks and collaborating with them to ensure their success. Andreas also onboard brand-new school programs by facilitating team meetings, conducting extensive product training, and enacting communication plans to ensure that students and schools have everything they need.

Andreas Tsironis received their Bachelor of Arts in English-Creative Writing from DePaul University. Andreas then went on to earn their English-Creative Writing degree from the same school.

They are on a team with Herb Latham - Customer Success Manager, Mandi Pierru - Customer Success Manager, and Nick Pauliukonis - Customer Success Manager. Andreas Tsironis reports to Whitney Tosh, Director of Customer Success.
