Deanna Hargrove

Deanna Hargrove is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Victory Bank since October 2023. Previously, Hargrove held multiple roles at Vista Bank from August 2017 to September 2023, including Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting, as well as Controller & Director of Finance. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis at Veritex Community Bank from June 2016 to August 2017, and as a Senior Audit Associate at Grant Thornton LLP from September 2013 to June 2016. Hargrove began her career at Rays as a Credentialing Assistant from September 2007 to May 2013 and completed an audit internship at Grant Thornton LLP in early 2012. Hargrove holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Audit and Accounting from the University of North Texas.
