Sean Lynn

Sean Lynn is a culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as an Assistant Brewer at Victory Brewing Company since November 2022, Sean's previous positions include Line/Prep Cook at The Tailor and the Cook, where responsibilities included overseeing artisan cheese and charcuterie inventory and creating seasonal amuse-bouches. Additional experience encompasses roles at Village Social at The Biltmore as an Extern, where food preparation was conducted in line with specific guidelines, and housekeeper and cook at The Glasbern, focusing on event management and cleanliness. Sean also has experience as a Line Cook at Josephine’s Pizzeria & Enoteca and as a Server at Benjamin’s, in addition to bartending at Wegman's Pub. Education includes a Certificate in Culinary Arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Studies from Neumann University.
