Ian Sale

Ian Sale has a comprehensive work experience in the technology and investment management industry. Ian is currently serving as the Chief Operating and Technology Officer at Victory Capital since 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Victory Capital from 2017 to 2023. Before joining Victory Capital, Ian worked as the Head of Technology at Bridgeway Capital Management, Inc. from 2017 to 2020. Ian also owned and operated Seaway Consulting, LLC from 2016 to 2017. Ian's previous roles include serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Rainier Investment Management from 2007 to 2016, VP of Information Technology at Gartmore Global Investments from 1999 to 2007, IT Project Manager at Pilgrim Baxter & Associates in 1998, Systems Consultant at Parallax Consulting, Inc. from 1996 to 1998, and Computer Assurance Services Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand from 1995 to 1996.
