Mannik Dhillon, CFA, CAIA has extensive experience in the investment industry. Mannik has held various positions throughout their career.

Mannik started their career at Hewitt Associates/Hewitt Investment Group in 2001, where they worked as an Investment/Manager Research Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for conducting due diligence on investment managers across different asset classes. Mannik also represented the firm's manager research capabilities in meetings for new business generation and retention. During their time at Hewitt, they created a new seven-step manager research process that was eventually adopted firm-wide.

In 2010, Dhillon joined Wilshire Associates as a Managing Director and the Global Head of Manager Research. In this role, they led a team of 20 investment professionals and oversaw strategy consulting and acquisition advisory projects for asset manager clients. Mannik was able to increase revenue in this business by over 500%.

Since 2015, Dhillon has been working at Victory Capital. Mannik initially served as the Head of Product & Strategy and later became the President of VictoryShares and Solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy President of Investment Franchises.

Mannik Dhillon, CFA, CAIA has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. In addition, they are a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute and a CAIA Charterholder from the CAIA Association.
