Mannik S. Dhillon

Mannik S. Dhillon is the President of VictoryShares and Solutions at Victory Capital. Mannik has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including five years as the Managing Director and Head of Manager Research at Wilshire Associates. There, they led a team of 20 investment professionals in public equities, fixed income, and alternatives. Mannik also increased revenue in the strategy consulting and acquisition advisory projects for asset manager clients by 500%.

Dhillon has also served on Wilshire's Manager Research Oversight Committee and the Investment Committee. Mannik was responsible for developing Wilshire's first investment watch list and monitoring process, including performance attribution metrics. Mannik also created a quantitative screening methodology to better source investment strategies for clients.
