Noe S. began their work experience as an Accounting Intern at Charles Schwab in February 2013. In June 2014, they moved on to become a Financial Analyst and Market Research Manager at Temasek Holdings Private Limited. In August 2019, Noe S. joined Victory Capital as the Group Chief Market Area Strategic Finance President.

Noe S. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Financial Mathematics from ESIEE-IT in the years 2007 to 2011. Following this, Noe pursued further education at New York University and completed a Master's degree in Finance from 2011 to 2013.
