Sara Rogers

Sara Rogers, M.Ed, currently serves as the Chief Academic Officer and Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Victory Christian Academy since July 2023. Previously, Sara held the role of School Assistant Principal at InspireNOLA Charter Schools from June 2022 to July 2023 and worked as an ELA Content Specialist for grades 3-8 at FirstLine Schools from July 2020 to June 2022. Sara’s experience with KIPP Foundation from August 2016 to July 2020 included positions as an Instructional Coach/Interventionist, Athletic Director, and Language Arts Teacher. Additionally, Sara served as a Summer School Principal at the Center for Urban Teaching, Inc. in 2017 and was the Lead Teacher and Instructional Coach at Victory Christian Academy from August 2012 to August 2016. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Director of Instruction and Leadership from Alverno College (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2008-2012).
