Victory Church
John Ngoh, D.Div., is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in humanitarian and educational initiatives. As the Founder and Director of Frankie's Home for Children since November 2015, John Ngoh coordinates compassionate care and provides accommodations for children in need. In addition, John Ngoh serves as the Associate Director for Africa at Health Teams International, Inc., overseeing operations in Cameroon since September 2000. John is also a dedicated full-time missionary and the Cameroon National Director of Victory College International under Victory Church, active since March 1997. Furthermore, John Ngoh is the Founder and President of Missions for Christ International Ministries, where John serves as General Overseer and Leadership Developer since May 1990. Educationally, John Ngoh holds a Master's degree in Missiology/Theology from Oral Roberts University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University, among other qualifications in liberal arts and divinity.

Victory Church
Victory Church is a church that exists to Reach a City, Change a Nation, and Touch the World. Victory Church was founded in Oklahoma City by Pastors Mark and Jennifer Crow, in August of 1994. Since the first campus was founded, Victory has grown to over 8,000 in average attendance on Sunday morning, and four campuses including three in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and one in Corpus Christi, TX.
