Victory Church
John Phipps is an experienced pastor currently serving as the Connections Pastor at Victory Church since October 2022. Previously, John held the position of Lead Pastor and church planter at The Good Fight Church from December 2014 to August 2021. Earlier roles include LifeGroup/LifeMissions Pastor and Associate LifeGroups/LifeMissions Pastor at Life.Church, where responsibilities focused on guiding individuals to become devoted followers of Christ. Additionally, John has a background in systems management and analysis, having worked at BlackHawk Industrial Distribution and Duncan Industrial Solutions, where oversight of operations and data analysis was key. Early career experience includes roles as an Assistant Juvenile Probation Officer and Administrative Supervisor in the US Navy, where John managed personnel and participated in combat tours. John earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College.

Victory Church is a church that exists to Reach a City, Change a Nation, and Touch the World. Victory Church was founded in Oklahoma City by Pastors Mark and Jennifer Crow, in August of 1994. Since the first campus was founded, Victory has grown to over 8,000 in average attendance on Sunday morning, and four campuses including three in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and one in Corpus Christi, TX.
