Donald Wilcox

Donald Wilcox has diverse work experience in various industries. Donald started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Pulte Homes, Inc. in 2006 and worked there until 2007. Donald then joined Artisan Metalworks and Design as a Service Technician, where they provided solution-oriented services and products to clients. In 2008, they became a Billing Specialist at Children's Medical Group, P.C., handling patient accounts and managing collections. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Licensed Sales Agent at North American Senior Benefits, promoting and selling Final Expense Life Insurance products to seniors. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Church Plant Consultant at Startchurch.com. Since 2015, they have been employed at Victory Church, initially as an Executive Assistant and later as an IT Specialist and IT Director. Donald'sroles at Victory Church involve managing IT operations and providing technical support.

Donald Wilcox obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Information Technology - Data Networking and Security from Liberty University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Church Leadership from Southeastern University in 2008-2009. Donald also studied Business Information Systems at DeVry University from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Donald has obtained certifications including Understanding of Cisco Network Devices, CCNA, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) from Cisco in various years.
