Randy Cochran

Randy Cochran is an experienced church leader with an extensive background in various pastoral roles. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Pastor at Victory Church since February 2019, Randy oversees worship, production, and leadership development, while also leading Victory Hamilton Mill. Previous positions include Associate Sr. Pastor and Executive Campus Pastor at Gateway Church from August 2006 to August 2016, and Executive Pastor at Victory World Church from November 2003 to July 2006. Randy's earlier roles encompass Senior Pastor at Canyon First Assembly, Associate Pastor at Trinity Fellowship Church, and Worship Pastor at Homewood Full Gospel Church. Randy’s foundational education was completed at Christ For The Nations Institute, where studies took place from 1989 to 1992.
