Paola Palami currently serves as the Community Engagement Coordinator at Victory College Prep since March 2024, while also holding the roles of Assistant Athletic Director of Social Media and Attendance Coordinator. Prior to this position, Paola worked as the Youth Enrichment Program Coordinator at Lutheran Child & Family Services of IN and Northern KY from July 2022 to February 2024. Paola holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science with a focus on Youth Development from Indiana University Bloomington, obtained between 2018 and 2022, and an Academic Honors Diploma from Westfield High School, completed in December 2018.

Victory College Prep
Victory College Prep (VCP) opened in August 2005 on the Southeast side of Indianapolis with the goals of serving all students in the city. VCP is a public, K-12 charter school and serves approximately 900 students. The mission of Victory College Prep is to prepare students with the academic and social-emotional skills necessary to success in college, career, and life. We use a restorative approach to discipline and develop the whole child in our school. We leverage relationships and social skill development to ensure that all students graduate prepared to solve problems, work collaboratively, and persevere in the world. All students in grades 7-12 participate in a daily advisory program for 50 minutes. Staff advisors remain with their students throughout their entire high school career and focus on developing social-emotional skills, academic development, and college-and-career advising.
