Mark Starkey

Mark Starkey is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Victory Creative Group, Inc. since January 2016. He also holds positions as a Managing Partner, Angel Investor, and Founder at Sugartree™, and as a Board & Strategic Advisor at SLAM. Along with being an Angel Investor at Oregon Sports Angels, he is the Co-founder and Board of Directors member at TEDxPortland. Prior to these roles, Mark has held various positions at companies like Nike, FCV Interactive, MeadWestvaco, and LexisNexis. Mark holds a B.Sc. in Organizational Leadership & Development from Wright State University and has a background in Computer Information Systems from PennWest Clarion.
