Bob Williams

Bob Williams has held various executive positions in the energy, manufacturing, and assessment industries. Bob began their career in 1991 as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer at Jason Power Systems, Unit of Jason Incorporated, where they were responsible for businesses totaling $170 million in sales and employing over 800 people. In 1997, they became President of Pipeline Group at CRC-Evans Pipeline International, Inc., and participated in the sale of the company to a large utility in 2000. From 2001 to 2004, they were Chief Operating Officer at Hogan Assessment Systems, where they doubled the company's revenues and tripled its EBITDA. From 2007 to 2014, they were Senior Vice President of Operations at Braden Manufacturing, the leading provider of gas turbine power plant auxiliary equipment. Finally, they served as Chief Operating Officer at Victory Energy Operations, LLC from 2014 to the present.

Bob Williams attended the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business. Bob then went on to pursue an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
