Frank Gaither

Frank Gaither has extensive work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Frank currently holds the position of Supply Chain Manager at Victory Energy Operations, LLC, a role they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they were the Purchasing Manager at KELVION THERMAL SOLUTIONS. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Materials Manager at Trinity Industries.

Frank Gaither also has experience in leadership roles. Frank was the President of FLG Supply Chain Consultant from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they served as the VP of Operations at Maxim Industrial Services from 2014 to 2015 and as the VP Global Supply Chain/Project Services at Express Group Holdings from 2012 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Frank Gaither held the position of VP Global Supply Chain/Project Services at Hamon Deltak, Inc., a subsidiary of Hamon Corporation, from 2005 to 2012. From 2000 to 2005, they were the VP Global Supply Chain at APW/McLean. Frank also worked as the Materials Manager at Air Exchangers, a division of HARSCO, from 1998 to 2000, and as the Purchasing Manager at Yuba Heat Transfer LLC. from 1991 to 1998.

Throughout their career, Frank Gaither has demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, project management, supplier management, and improving supply chain operations.

Frank Gaither obtained a Bachelor's degree in Technical Education in Electronics Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Frank attended the university from 1982 to 1987.
