Melissa Armstrong

Melissa Armstrong has over 20 years of work experience in project management and engineering. Melissa is currently the Director of Order Execution at Victory Energy Operations, LLC, where they are responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all orders. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Capital Projects at XRG Technologies, LLC and as a Senior Project Manager at Benham, a Haskell Company, managing various projects in the engineering and construction industry. Melissa also has experience as an Engineering Manager at IGS Manufacturing, where they were responsible for overseeing engineering projects in the manufacturing sector. Melissa has held roles as a Senior Project Manager at Express Integrated Technologies, LLC and at John Zink Hamworthy Combustion, where they managed multi-million dollar flare gas recovery projects and supervised project teams. Melissa also worked as a Project Manager at Zeeco, designing combustion equipment and process skids for the petrochemical industry. Early in their career, they served as the Engineering and Drafting Manager at QuikWater and as a Project Engineer at NATCO Group. Overall, Melissa has a strong background in project management, engineering design, and team leadership across various industries.

Melissa Armstrong received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tulsa, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
