Chad Coltrane

Chad Coltrane has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Chad began their career in 1992 as a Program Consultant for The Ability Experience (formerly Push America), where they traveled to different college campuses to promote fundraising, volunteerism, and disability awareness. Chad then transitioned to the YMCA of Reidsville in 1994, working as a Program Director. In this role, they were responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of various youth and adult sports programs, as well as childcare programs. Additionally, Chad served as the Director of Special Events at The Ability Experience from 1996 to 1997, overseeing the management and supervision of the Journey of Hope program. Finally, Chad assumed the position of CEO at both The Ability Experience and Victory Junction. In both organizations, they were responsible for the overall management, leadership, and strategic planning, as well as the achievement of annual goals and long-term objectives.

Chad Coltrane's education history includes attending the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. Prior to this, Chad also attended Southwest Guilford, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
