Hugo Lestiboudois

Hugo Lestiboudois is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in legal finance and asset-backed credit. Currently serving as Principal at Victory Park Capital Advisors since January 2025, Hugo specializes in law firm loans, litigation finance, and portfolio monetization. Prior to this role, Hugo held the title of Principal at Syz Capital, focusing on litigation finance and opportunistic credit from October 2021 to December 2024. Hugo's career also includes significant experience as an Investment Manager at IVO Capital Partners, where the emphasis was on litigation finance and venture debt, as well as positions at AgFe, Cerberus Capital Management, and BlackRock, with a strong foundation in non-performing loans. Hugo holds a Grande Ecole degree in Financial Economics from EDHEC Business School and has completed advanced preparatory classes at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève, following a Baccalauréat Scientifique in Mathematics at Lycée du Parc.
