Michelle Sterne

Michelle Sterne joined VPC in 2022 and is a Credit & Risk Operations Senior Associate. She is responsible for monitoring and overseeing VPC’s portfolio companies from initial due diligence through the entire course of the relationship.

Previously, Mrs. Sterne was a manager in the risk and compliance practice at Protiviti, a global consulting firm, where she focused on credit risk and lender due diligence for asset securitizations and other structured finance transactions.

Mrs. Sterne graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where she received a B.S. in Finance.
