Natalie Pasicznyk

Natalie Pasicznyk joined VPC in 2021 and is an Associate. She is responsible for due diligence and financial analysis related to new investment opportunities and assists with portfolio monitoring and managing current investments.

Previously, Ms. Pasicznyk was an investment banking analyst in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey in Chicago, focusing on corporate restructurings and distressed debt transactions.

Ms. Pasicznyk received a B.B.A. from The University of Michigan. She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
