Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Victory Programs is responsible for setting the strategic vision and operational direction of the organization. Comprised of the Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Programs, the team collaborates to ensure effective resource management, program development, and service delivery, ultimately working to improve the lives of individuals and families experiencing homelessness and related challenges. Their leadership fosters a compassionate approach to creating a supportive environment for clients to regain their health and stability.
