Marius Banici

Marius Banici has a strong background in software development and management. Marius co-founded Victory Square Partners in 2019 and serves as the company's VP of Engineering, overseeing their Romania R&D delivery center. Prior to that, they were the General Manager and Director of Software Development at Frontier Silicon from 2016 to 2019. From 2012 to 2016, they held various positions at 3Pillar Global, including Senior Director of the Advanced Technology Group and Director of Engineering. Before that, Marius worked at Continental as a Group Leader and Team Leader, coordinating software development projects for commercial vehicles. Marius also served as a Software Project Manager at Siemens VDO Automotive and as an Embedded Software Developer at Siemens VDO Automotive Timisoara. Marius began their career as a Software Developer at CS Romania.

Marius Banici obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Universitatea din Craiova. Marius studied at the university from 1996 to 2001.
