Paul Doman

Paul Doman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Victory Square Partners, an engineering services firm specializing in innovative software products. Paul is responsible for the company's growth, strategy, and management. Prior to this role, they worked as a Major Account Manager at AppDynamics and held various positions at 3Pillar Global, including Vice President of Media and Information Services and Sales Executive. Paul also served as a Relationship Manager and Commercial Loan Officer at United Bankshares, Inc. and spent eight years in the United States Army, reaching the rank of Captain.

Paul Doman attended the Franciscan University of Steubenville from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Finance. Paul later returned to the same university from 2002 to 2004 to earn their MBA degree.
