Silaghi Flaviu

Silaghi Flaviu is a seasoned technical manager currently at Victory Square Partners since May 2023, responsible for overseeing technical architecture, guiding developers, and managing project delivery. Previously, Silaghi held various roles at 3Pillar Global from July 2015 to May 2023, including Delivery Lead and Technical Lead Manager, where responsibilities encompassed project management, team leadership, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. Earlier experience includes leading mobile development teams and coding iOS applications at HyperSense Software and Inside Media Communication, alongside a solid foundation in software development initiated during studies at the Military Technical Academy from 2007 to 2011.
