Dirk Smith

Dirk Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and military operations. Currently serving as Managing Director and Executive Leadership Coach at Victory Strategies since May 2021, Smith also founded Delta Sierra Leadership, LLC in February 2020. Previous roles include strategic positions at Lockheed Martin, strategic analyst roles, and adjunct professor positions at Flatter, Inc. and USAF Air War College. Notable military positions include Vice Director at The Joint Staff and Deputy Commander for Operation Inherent Resolve. Dirk holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Strategic Studies from USAF Air War College, a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the United States Air Force Academy.
