Jacob Werksman

Jacob Werksman, DBA, is a seasoned leadership development expert serving as the Founder and CEO of Victory Strategies since August 2018. The firm specializes in enhancing organizational culture and efficiency through training and coaching by elite practitioners, including Navy SEALs and Fortune 500 executives. Jacob holds multiple roles in academia and advisory capacities, including Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School and Executive Leadership Coach for Harvard Business School Executive Education. Additionally, Jacob serves on the Board of Advisors for Gravity Industries and is the author of "Mastering Your G.A.P." and "Leadership A Life Sport." Academically, Jacob has obtained a Doctorate in Business Administration from Crummer Graduate School of Business and completed Harvard's Program for Leadership Development, along with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston.
