Bruce Miller

Bruce Miller has over 35 years of experience in various leadership roles in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service domains. Bruce has previously worked with companies such as Victory Supply, Elements International Group, DYPER, Sinomax USA, Innocor Inc., Simmons Bedding Company, Alan White Co, Sealy, and Hummer Sportswear. In their most recent position at Elements International Group, they were responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and global supply chain for a private $450 million furniture company. Previously, they have managed five manufacturing and distribution facilities with over 750 associates for Sinomax USA, led the lean transformation across 9 manufacturing facilities for Innocor Inc., and responsible for the lean transformation for a 16-plant network at Simmons Bedding Company. Bruce has also held COO positions at DYPER and managing partner role at Hummer Sportswear. Bruce is an effective communicator and has been a key executive in raising capital for rounds of venture funding for DYPER and Hummer Sportswear.

Bruce Miller attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1981 to 1985. During their time there, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation and Logistics, which they successfully obtained upon graduation.
