Tracey Spencer

Tracey Spencer is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at VicTrack since August 2019. Previously, Tracey held various HR roles including HR Consultant at Bosch Australia & New Zealand and SKF Group, Acting HR Manager/HR Business Partner at Applied Industrial Technologies, and Senior Manager, People & Culture at Eric Insurance Limited. Tracey also has extensive experience as a General Manager/Owner at Shepparton Cannery XS and has worked with ANZ as a Project Manager and Graduate Program Consultant.
