Alisson Rocha

Alisson Rocha has a comprehensive work experience in the chemical and manufacturing industry. Alisson started in 2007 at AkzoNobel, where they held various roles including Site Manager, Engineering Project Manager, Engineering and Maintenance Manager, Project Engineer, and Maintenance and Projects Trainee. During their time at AkzoNobel, they gained expertise in leading teams, managing projects, and ensuring efficient operations. In 2022, Alisson joined Victrex as the Plant Manager, responsible for overseeing the entire value stream, including safety, quality, process engineering, production, logistics, and maintenance. With their experience and knowledge, Alisson has contributed significantly to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Alisson Rocha completed their High School education at ETE Lauro Gomes from 1999 to 2001. Alisson then pursued a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from FEI, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Later, Alisson enrolled at the USP - Universidade de São Paulo and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Maintenance and Operations Management between 2010 and 2012.
