Helen Kerr

Helen Kerr has extensive work experience in HR roles. Helen is currently employed as an HR Business Partner at Victrex since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Inenco Group as an HR Business Partner from June 2018 to July 2022. Before that, they were an HR Business Partner at MyHomeMove from December 2015 to June 2018. Helen also gained experience at FleishmanHillard, where they held various HR roles, including HR Manager, EMEA from May 2013 to October 2015, HR Senior Specialist, EMEA from October 2010 to April 2013, and HR Specialist, EMEA from August 2009 to October 2010. Helen started their career as an HR Assistant at Orange from July 2008 to August 2009. Helen's first HR role was as an HR Administrator at the University of Roehampton from April 2007 to July 2008.

Helen Kerr obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with Neuroscience from the University of Leicester, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Helen achieved a 2:i classification for their degree. Helen then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management with a specialization in CIPD at Kingston University, completing their studies with Merit from 2006 to 2010.
