John Abram

John Abram has extensive experience in mechanical engineering and facilities management, currently serving as Site Facilities Manager and Shutdown Planner Team Leader at Victrex since September 2014. Prior experience includes a role as Mechanical Technician at AGC Chemicals Europe, where routine maintenance and breakdowns were managed from June 2013 to August 2014, and as Engineering Team Coordinator at Westinghouse Electric Company from December 2005 to April 2013, where responsibilities included team management and hands-on engineering tasks. John began a mechanical career as a Mechanical Technician after completing an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship at Springfields Fuels Ltd and has held roles as a Mechanical Apprentice and Garage Mechanic earlier in the career. Education includes an ONC in Mechanical Engineering from Fylde College and completion of secondary education at Tarleton High School.
