Louise Pipe has a diverse work experience spanning over various positions and companies. Louise began their career in 2004 as an Office Manager at Aramark Uniform Services, where they worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Quality & Standards Officer/Administrator at Blackpool and The Fylde College. In 2010, they joined Sodexo as a Business Administrator, and remained in that role until 2012 when they moved to Victrex. At Victrex, Louise held multiple roles including Management Assistant/PA from 2012 to 2016, Health & Safety Advisor (Systems Development) from 2016 to 2022, and currently they are working as a Legal Assistant & Contracts Co-ordinator.

Louise Pipe has a diverse education history. Louise attended Weatherhead High School from 1990 to 1995. In 2016, they pursued a National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety from NEBOSH. The following year, they obtained a National Certificate in Fire Safety & Risk Management from the same institution. In 2018, they furthered their education with a Certificate in Process Safety Management from NEBOSH. Most recently, in 2019, they completed a course in APM Project Fundamentals from SCQF.
