Maurizio Perino

Maurizio Perino is an accomplished product manager with a focus on energy storage and battery management systems. Currently serving as the Energy Storage and BMS Product Manager at Victron Energy since August 2025, Maurizio oversees the entire product lifecycle. Prior to this role, Maurizio was the Product Manager for Energy Storage at Navico Group, leading new product strategies and technical support within the marine and RV markets. At Milwaukee Tool, Maurizio managed a technical team in product development and testing, while previous positions included BCU Technical Manager at Kiwa in China and Head of Research and Development at Electro Power Systems S.A., where Maurizio contributed to innovations in hydrogen energy storage. Maurizio holds a Laurea in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, a Master's degree in Automation Engineer Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and a certificate as a Circular Economy Specialist from the Circular Economy Institute.
