Robert Zijlstra is an experienced R&D engineer with a career spanning over two decades in the field of power electronics. Currently working at Victron Energy since March 2007, Robert Zijlstra focuses on the development of resonant battery chargers, inverters, and associated equipment, while also overseeing EMC, safety, and automotive certification processes with various testing agencies. Prior experience includes a role at GE from July 2003 to February 2007, where Robert Zijlstra contributed to the development of power electronics in uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and facilitated the mass production of the VH UPS range.
